TREE CARE GUIDELINES

Taking care of your Christmas tree ensures its longevity and beauty throughout the holiday season. Here’s how to ensure your tree thrives:
1. Fresh Cut for Optimal Water Uptake: At the time of delivery, trees that have been cut longer than 4 hours will be given a fresh-cut about a ½” disk from the base of the trunk to provide optimal water absorption, keeping your tree fresher for longer.

2. Choose a Suitable Location: Select a spacious area clear of heat sources; ensuring your tree stays safe and vibrant.

3. Secure Tree Stand Placement: Position your Tree Genie (XXL) or equivalent tree stand to securely support the tree’s weight without tipping.

4. Steady and Centered: Place the tree in the stand, ensuring it’s both straight and centered. This not only enhances aesthetics but also supports stability.

5. Ample Watering: Water your tree generously, especially during the initial period. Provide 1 quart of water for every inch of stem diameter. Keep the reservoir or reserve tank in your stand well filled.

6. Water Quality: The water’s temperature doesn’t matter, and there’s no need for additives. Regular tap water is perfectly suitable.

By following these care instructions; you’re ensuring your Christmas tree remains fresh, vibrant, and a beautiful centerpiece for your holiday celebrations. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.
